About me

I'm Nadine, a seasoned Visual Merchandiser with nearly 15 years of experience in crafting captivating retail experiences. Throughout my career, I've been entrusted with a diverse array of responsibilities, from conceptualizing store layouts and creating eye-catching shop windows to styling mannequins and optimizing customer flow within stores. My dedication to delivering impeccable indirect customer service and my ability to empathize with diverse clientele have been central to my approach.

Beyond the sales floor, I've delved into the analytical side of retail, meticulously analyzing key performance indicators and crafting insightful reports for various stakeholders, including controllers, merchandisers, area visuals, and shop managers. My self-structured work style enables me to seamlessly plan, organize, and execute impactful campaigns while also mentoring fellow team members and providing training in visual merchandising and shop management.

I am known for my open-minded personality and insatiable curiosity, always eager to understand human behavior and embrace new perspectives. This curiosity has fueled my continuous learning journey, driving me to explore diverse fields and acquire new skills. In autumn 2022, fueled by a desire to explore new horizons, I embarked on a career shift into the dynamic world of online marketing and social media management. Last year, I further expanded my skill set by successfully completing a full-time UX Design Bootcamp, enriching my understanding of user-centric design principles and digital experience optimization.

Combining my rich background in visual merchandising with my newfound expertise in online marketing and UX design, I'm passionate about leveraging creativity and strategic thinking to elevate brands and create meaningful connections with audiences in the digital sphere.

I'm excited to continue my journey of learning, growth, and innovation, and I look forward to exploring new opportunities and collaborations in the ever-evolving landscape of digital world.
